Maple Dale Cheese has recently been introduced into our cheese cooler. Maple Dale has been producing cheese the old fashioned way, with 100% fresh Canadian milk, since 1888. Artisanal methods of handcrafting and natural aging are used to produce full-flavoured aged cheddars and specialty cheeses.
Black River Cheese of Prince Edward County, Ontario is the most recent addition to the cheese counter. Black River is dedicated to preserving its century old tradition of producing real cheese; superior tasting and handcrafted, using only 100% pure fluid milk from Price Edward County dairy farms, and no modified milk ingredients, artificial preservatives or animal rennet.
