Beef

When you’re purchasing beef with Trading Post, you can expect quality, consistency and reliability. Our beef is raised on two, 4th generation family farms in Durham Ontario, and are free of hormones and antibiotics. We age our AAA beef anywhere from 28 days to 56 days depending on the cut, ensuring you get a great steak every time.

You can choose from the counter or ask for a custom cut to suit your needs. From our aging doors you can choose a whole loin to be cut and vacuum packaged to your specifications. A loin of your favourite steaks is usually 8 to 12 lbs or about 15 steaks, saving you $2.00 – $3.00/lb. All loins are 100 % satisfaction guaranteed.
