Kabobs
Kabobs are a delicious way to enjoy pieces of meat, vegetables, or fruit threaded on skewers. While everyone’s favourite way to prepare kabobs may be slightly different, the secret to any good kabob is to use fresh, high quality meats and produce.
At Trading Post, we prepare our kabobs by using the best ingredients we can get. We started serving kabobs 15 years ago as an appetizer, and quickly noticed that customers were buying large quantities to be their main dish. So, we made the skewers bigger for you to enjoy!
Our kabobs are prepared fresh daily using only AAA premium beef, free range chicken breast, fresh Ontario pork, and premium seafood. Choose from Garlic Beef, Mango Chicken, or Jerked Pork, which are coupled with red and green peppers.
Thinking about surf & turf? Try our ultimate seafood kabob! We use large Nova Scotia scallops, black tiger shrimp, our naturally smoked bacon and Ontario hardneck garlic marinated in a Caesar dressing. It’s sure to be a crowd favourite!
Our Korean black bean pork medallions consist of Ontario pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon. Delicious and very hearty, it comes with four medallions per skewer!
We also offer chicken or pork souvlaki served best with our tzatziki sauce on a soft Italian bun.
